Power of Attorney (POA) (Health & Financial)
Allows trusted individuals to make decisions when necessary. A POA is only valid while the individual is alive. It is highly recommended that a family member also be listed on all financial accounts, to be able to handle any financial obligations, like paying outstanding bills, etc. when the time comes.
Advance Healthcare Directive or Living Will
